What's the minimum order?
Five pieces per order for most products, across any mix of sizes and men's and women's cuts. A few products have higher minimums, shown on each product page. Reorders start from five too, and your design stays on file.
How much does custom kit cost?
We don't publish prices because they depend on the products and the quantity. Request a quote and a real person replies within one working day with the price list for what you need. Prices get better at 10, 30 and 50 pieces.
How long does it take?
Seven to nine weeks from the day you approve the final design to delivery. The first mockup arrives in about three days, and the biggest variable is how fast your team signs off. Racing on a fixed date? Tell us in the quote form and we'll confirm it's feasible before you commit.
Is design included?
Yes. Our designers put your colours, logos and sponsors on real product templates. The first mockup is free and commits you to nothing, and two to three rounds of changes are included.
What logo files do you need?
Vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) print sharpest. Only have a JPG or PNG? Send it anyway; our designers can usually redraw simple logos at no charge.
Can riders order and pay individually?
Yes, through a private team shop: each member picks their size, pays and gets it delivered to their own address. Ask for it in the quote form.
Can we mix sizes, cuts and products in one order?
Yes, that's the norm: men's and women's cuts, sizes XS–3XL, and any mix of jerseys, bibs, trisuits and accessories in one order.
Is the quality the same as your retail kit?
Custom runs through the same factory, fabrics and quality checks as the kit sold at downtheroad.cc and raced by DTR Racing.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Custom orders ship free to one address anywhere in the world. Duties outside the EU depend on the destination and are stated on your quote.
What happens if a rider crashes?
Our crash-replacement programme covers custom kit: send photos of the damage and we replace the garment with kit from our range at a reduced price.
